Abosede 8th March 2021

To my beautiful darling, jolly, ever smiling and happy Auntie Bunmi Majekodunmi. I will not say that you are dead but just away Auntie Bunmi. You were so gorgeous, warm and never fallen out with no one since I knew you. Seriki, it was so great to have you as a friend, and lovely pretty special Auntie despite not blood related that mean so much to me. Your time was so short while you were such an important part of me. I believe one day I shall see you again to spend eternity with you. Mummy Toks, Yetunde, Toyi, Funmilola and Adewunmi, may you rest in peace. Adieu Sweet, Elegant Mrs Olubunmi Adeosun Majekodunmi. From Chief(Mrs) Abosede Okikiola-Olusegun (Lukotun) Ode to A Gem - Chief Mrs Olubunmi Adeosun-Majekodunmi Living is not measured by how long we live on earth but by how well and by the number of lives we have positively effected. Chief Mrs Olubunmi Adeosun-Majekodunmi, on this you have surely made a victorious mark. As the Seriki of Ikereku Christian Chiefs Council, you had run a worthy race.As a good christian, you bore no grudge with anybody both at Local and State Levels of the Councils, you were very friendly and ever smiling (even in the heat of arguements) all in assurance that 'all will be well'. You genuinely loved and never shied away from responsibilities placed under your care..You were an exemplary humble team player and indeed a woman of substance. To say you will be sadly missed is an understatement. We however cannot question God but we believe that He needed your service among the saints in heaven hence your rapture. Goodnight, our amiable Seriki Meyaki till we meet to part no more at the feet of our Lord Jesus Christ. Sun re! Sun re!! Sun re o!!!.
